I'm a graduate student at New York University, pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science. I am an Android Developer (sort of full stack too some extent) and a Competitive Programmer.

I have worked in many product-driven startups in the past, which you can view on my LinkedIn.
I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Goa in India.

When I'm not coding, you can find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, diving into books that pique my interest, and catching up on my favorite shows and movies online.

Android Intern - Skylark Drones

(Jan 2023 - Feb 2023)
• Improved and implemented various screens in the DMO Pilot app (Drone Mission Ops).
• Integrated Zoom as a module in the app, enabling support for livestreaming the drone feed.

Siemens CSR

(March 2022 - May 2022)
• Developing the Stray Welfare App, an android app to connect volunteers and contribute to animal welfare.
• Coordinated in a team of 5 for product development, using single activity architecture.
• Implemented a crowd-sourced stray animal database and used Firebase, Google Maps, and Retrofit.

EDG Intern - MathWorks

(June 2022 - November 2022)
• Revamped the Simulink Annotation Editor by replacing the QtWebKit browser library with QtCEF.
• Reduced the latency by 70% by creating asynchronous communication channels in C++ using OOAD.
• Implemented an interactive workflow in the SLDV Toolbox that uses existing test data for test generation using a test-driven development methodology for the MATLAB 2023A release.

SDE Intern - blinkit (formerly Grofers)

(March 2022 - May 2022)
• Spearheaded the migration of React Native codebase to Native Android, working in a team of four.
• Identified and fixed 30+ bugs and issues in the UI transformation layer of the Android Consumer app.
• Used MVVM Architecture in Kotlin and wrote clean and production-ready code with best practices.

Codeforces Visualizer App

Created an Android app which can be used to fetch the User-Information, Rating-Changes, Problems-Solved and Contest-Details of any user on Codeforces.
Uses Retrofit to fetch JSON data from the Codeforces API

Food Ordering App

An Android App to view and order from your favourite restaurants !
Uses Volley library to login and fetch details from the API and stores a local database of favourite restaurants and other details using the Room persistence library.

GridViz App

An app which can be used for visualising the famous DFS and BFS algorithms to find a path from the source cell to a destination cell with obstacles between them.

Achievements

ACM ICPC Asia Kanpur Regionalist 2022

• Secured India Rank 44 along with an Honorable Mention amongst 7000+ teams from pan-India.
• Ranked 1st amongst a total of 9 participating teams from IIT Goa in the ACM ICPC Prelims.

Google HashCode 2022

• Achieved a Global Rank of 512 and All India Rank of 86 amongst a total of 10k+ participating teams.

Techgig Code Gladiators Finalist 2021

• Code Gladiators is the annual coding challenge organized by Techgig and Cognizant.
• Ranked #15 globally amongst 315k coders.
